❓What services does Phoenix Staffing Solutions offer?

We connect healthcare facilities with reliable, independent CNAs, RNs, dietary aides, housekeepers, transport staff, and more. We specialize in consistent staffing with our Core Team 3™ model to reduce rotation and improve patient care.

❓What is the Core Team 3™ model?

Instead of random caregivers every day, we connect you with a small, familiar group of 3 independent caregivers who consistently accept shifts at your facility. This builds rapport, reduces training repetition, and improves resident outcomes.

❓ What is a Facility Liaison and what are their job duties?

A Facility Liaison (FL) is your assigned point of contact at Phoenix Staffing Solutions. Their job is to ensure smooth coordination between your facility and your Core Team 3™ staff. They don’t just respond — they check in, troubleshoot, and actively support your operations.

Your Facility Liaison is responsible for:

Regular Zoom or in-person check-ins with your leadership team
Gathering feedback about contractor performance and replacing poor fits
Providing real-time scheduling support and shift confirmations
Working directly with your DON or Administrator if there are any incidents, complaints, or emergencies
Investigating incidents involving staff and collaborating with your internal leadership to take swift action
Ensuring you always have a clear, professional point of contact — no call centers, no confusion

❓Are these caregivers' employees of Phoenix Staffing?

No. All providers are independent contractors. Phoenix Staffing Solutions is a platform that matches qualified independent professionals with facilities in need of staffing support.

❓Can we request caregivers with specific skills or personality types?

Absolutely. When you sign up, you’ll fill out a Facility Preferences Form where you can list certifications, soft skills, and care styles you value. We’ll match accordingly.

❓What if a caregiver isn’t the right fit for our facility?

No problem. Just let us know and we’ll work to replace them with someone better suited to your needs — quickly and professionally.

❓How fast can you fill a shift?

In many cases, same day. We maintain a ready pool of qualified providers who can accept shifts quickly.

❓Do you offer emergency or overnight coverage?

Yes. We offer 24/7 access for urgent shift requests and off-hour coverage. We so not surge our prices because you need last minute help. We do our best to locate top workers for your facility rather it is last minute or a scheduled shift

❓Do we have to commit to a contract?

There’s no long-term commitment. You can use Phoenix Staffing as needed — for PRN, per diem, short-term, or consistent long-term needs.

❓How do we request staff?

Go to the Request Staff tab, scroll to the bottom of the page under "Ready to Book" and click the link.

❓Do you provide staff for assisted living and group homes?

Yes! We work with nursing homes, assisted living, group homes, rehab centers, and even home care clients in certain markets.

❓What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Michigan, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Texas — with more states coming soon.
